The play room

You know you are getting better when the days are planned around when we can go for a walk or on a trip to the play room. Emery had a great day on Sunday as we waited for Monday to roll around so we could get his TPN delivered for the week.

He even got to hang out with a very cute little girl in the play room. Her name is Abby and it is so cute to hear Emery say her name. Abby and her mom have been so encouraging and helpful in this whole process. Emery even got a smooch!

He was also very happy to eat something more than cheerios. This meal was the first I had ever ordered for Emery from the hospital. He only ate maybe a tablespoon of oatmeal and a few peas but he was soo happy.
