Things went well in the pre-op area. Emery was happy to see all of the toys! He played until about 11:00 and we updated the doctors with his health history and medication list. He didn't seem anxious at all while we were waiting. When it was time to take him back we gave him some medication to make him relaxed so he would mind someone else carrying him away. He was all smiles as he rounded he corner to the OR. Now we wait for about three hours...
